The Concept2 WOD Week Challenge is a single week with seven different workouts announced each day on ErgData. Use ErgData to automatically program your workouts and upload to your online logbook. Do at least five days/workouts and be listed on our honor board as well as have access to a downloadable certificate.

The Hong Kong Rowing Indoor Championships is the HKCRA’s biggest Annual Indoor rowing event. There are a large number of participants from different sectors and ages including Universities, Secondary schools, Primary schools, affiliated clubs, business organizations, disciplined services and the general public. The event is suitable for all ages to participate. It not only includes individual and team competitions but also a charity relay race.

In view of the severe pandemic situation across the world, particularly in Hong Kong, the annual Hong Kong Rowing Indoor Championships will be once again in virtual format. This event is suitable for all ages to participate, in which competitors can race at any time, anywhere in the world by simply having access to a Concept2 Indoor Rowing machine.
