During the epidemic, the amount and quality of exercise among Hong Kong citizens has dropped significantly. In order to improve the physical fitness of Hong Kong secondary school students, Rowport Asia Ltd. will hold the “2023 Hong Kong Secondary School Indoor Triathlon Championship” on July 8, 2023 to introduce more indoor exercise variety to the school campus.
